Leadership Coaching

Focusing on your strengths is a proven way to develop your leadership skills and achieve your short and long-term goals. Knowing what makes you talented and unique will help you perform better, be more productive, and have greater job satisfaction. In our strengths-based coaching sessions, we will:

  • explore your top talents as identified in the CliftonStrengths assessment (Gallup),
  • understand how to build talents into strengths, and
  • plan for how you can use your strengths to achieve your goals.

Sessions are conducted in-person or online using video conferencing.

Strengths-based teambuilding workshops focus on:

Teambuilding programs are conducted in-person and last from ½ day to two days.

Culture Surveys

GoBrighter is led by Jennifer (Jenny) Stine, Ph.D. and is supported by a network of outstanding colleagues. Stine is an expert in the development of world-class executive and professional programs, with over a decade of leadership experience at Harvard and MIT. Since 2012, Stine has been an independent consultant, working both for top universities and Fortune Global 500 companies.
In addition to coaching and consulting, she is an instructor at Harvard Extension School and Harvard Division of Continuing Education where she teaches organizational behavior, leadership, and teamwork. Stine holds three degrees from Stanford University, including a Ph.D. in history. She is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, and a certified Denison consultant.

Locations include Boston, Massachusetts and the greater Albuquerque area, New Mexico.
